Belgian Beer Café at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai has started the new year with a refreshed food menu, available daily from 12 noon to 3 am from 1 January. The popular sports bar keeps its core identity while introducing new dishes and updated versions of guest favourites.
The revised menu builds on the café’s Belgian roots. It focuses on comfort food made with care, designed to pair well with its wide range of Belgian beers. The kitchen offers classic dishes with deeper flavour, keeping portions generous and plates simple.
Standout sharing dishes include the Belgian Platter, which features chicken sliders, bitterballen, crispy calamari, cheese croquettes, garlic shrimp, and Belgian fries. The Charcuterie Board brings together Belgian Van Tricht cheeses, cured meats, and house sides. The popular Moules Marinières return, served in classic style, garlic cream, white wine and cream, or bolder options such as Thai green curry and Roquefort.
Hearty main courses include Belgian Traditional Beef Stew cooked in Leffe Brune, Steak Frites with a choice of sauce, Veal Schnitzel, and Chicken & Mushroom Vol Au Vent. Seafood options include Fish & Chips, Crispy Skin Salmon Fillet, and chargrilled Tiger Prawns with garlic and citrus flavours.
The menu also suits lighter meals and sharing plates. Guests can choose Cheese Croquettes, Bitterballen, Loaded Cheesy Nachos, fresh salads, and classic sandwiches.
Dessert options include Brussels and Liégeoise Waffles, Belgian Chocolate Moelleux, and Speculoos Tiramisu. Each dessert comes with suggested Belgian beer pairings.
The new menu fits the café’s sports-bar setting. It suits match days, weekend fixtures, and group gatherings, with food designed for sharing and relaxed dining.
