With Dubai’s weather finally cooling down, Byron Bathers on Palm Jumeirah is one of the city’s most relaxed spots to dine outdoors. The Australian-inspired beachfront venue pairs sea views and laid-back hospitality with a menu made for lingering.
The Byron Weekender
Available Friday to Sunday from 5pm onwards, The Byron Weekender (AED 250) includes a main course and four drinks. Main course highlights include Byron’s Burger, made with a 200g Stockyard beef patty, mature cheddar and house-made ketchup, and the Chargrilled Tuna, served with tomato and caper sauce, grilled asparagus and salsa verde. Those after something richer can go for the Clam Linguine with beurre blanc, roasted garlic and chilli.
What to drink
Guests can pair their meal with cocktails, house wines, beers or a classic Aperol Spritz, all best enjoyed as the sun sets over Palm Jumeirah.
Who it’s for
From a casual catch-up with friends to after-work drinks or a long weekend dinner by the water, Byron Bathers is a good reason to stay outdoors a little longer.
