Four cuisines come together at Dubai’s new beachfront Saturday brunch at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

A new Saturday brunch has launched at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, bringing four distinct cuisines together under one roof at The Fore. Set along the waterfront with views of the marina and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, the brunch offers a relaxed way to spend the weekend by the sea.

The Saturday Brunch by The Fore brings together four restaurant concepts in one setting. Guests can explore the Japanese-led menu at Umi Kei, the Pan-Asian dishes of Madame Li, the Mediterranean brasserie style of Mirabelle and the bold flavours of The Bombay Club. Each kitchen operates side by side, creating a single, flowing dining experience.

Guests move freely between stations, choosing dishes as they go. Chefs prepare wagyu on the Robata grill, while Peking duck is carved and served at the table. The Bombay Club presents a tandoori prime rib, and Umi Kei prepares sushi and sashimi to order.

The brunch also caters to cheese lovers, with more than 20 varieties sourced from Les Frères Marchand. Desserts form a central part of the experience, with creations from Pierre Hermé Paris alongside a pastry station filled with viennoiserie.

The menu is led by Executive Chef Roberto Rispoli, working with Executive Sous Chef Deepak Kumar and Executive Pastry Chef Steve Thiery. Their combined experience shapes the structure, flavour and presentation of each dish.

Families are well catered for, with a range of activities designed for younger guests. These include a marshmallow tree, a candy station and a dedicated kids’ dining area. Creative sessions run throughout the brunch, with art and painting, soap making, face painting, games and quiet spaces for colouring and crafts.

Entertainment continues across the afternoon, with performers moving through the space. Guests can expect roaming mentalists, magicians and live acts inspired by the identity of each restaurant.

Additional touches include caviar service, freshly shucked oysters, rice beverage tastings and a guided tea ceremony, adding further layers to the experience.

The brunch runs every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, allowing guests time to enjoy both the food and the terrace setting.

The Saturday Brunch by The Fore is priced from Dhs500.
