With Ramadan approaching, JA Ocean View Hotel is preparing to welcome guests for a month of shared meals and quiet gatherings. Visitors can enjoy daily iftars at Aqua Restaurant or arrange private group bookings at OIA. The hotel also offers a UAE Residents Staycation package for those who wish to extend their visit. Located along the JBR promenade, the hotel provides a calm setting for reflection, connection, and time with loved ones.

The hotel offers a range of rooms and suites with views of the Arabian Gulf. Children under 12 stay free, making it a suitable option for families. Guests receive daily breakfast or in-room suhoor, along with AED 300 dining credit each day to use across the hotel’s restaurants, including the iftar at Aqua. Early check-in and late check-out allow for a relaxed schedule, subject to availability. JA Discovery members also receive 30% savings on room rates.

Aqua Restaurant combines indoor seating with an outdoor terrace. During Ramadan, the space features soft lighting and traditional décor. The iftar buffet costs AED 199 per adult and AED 95 per child. The spread includes live cooking and carving stations, lentil and harira soups, mezze such as hummus, moutabbal, grape leaves, manakesh, lamb kibbeh, and falafel. Main dishes include lamb ouzi, seafood sayadeyah, chicken tagine, and grilled kebabs.

Desserts include louqaimat, rose muhallabiya, Arabic baklava, and kunafa. Guests also receive dates and traditional Ramadan drinks such as jallab, kamaruddin, and karkadeh served at the table. Staff serve Arabic coffee throughout the evening, while a live oud player provides background music.

For larger groups, OIA offers private iftar bookings. The venue draws inspiration from Greek coastal design, with white arches, stone pathways, and a terrace overlooking Ain Dubai and the Arabian Gulf. Group bookings include a set menu with a minimum spend of AED 25,000.

Set between the sea and the lively atmosphere of JBR, JA Ocean View Hotel offers a balanced setting for Ramadan. Guests can move between rest and shared dining across the property, with each venue offering a distinct experience.
