Kayan Wellness Festival returns to Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi from 6–8 February 2026. The three-day event covers movement, mindfulness, longevity and wellness practices.

The festival provides space away from daily routines. Kayan offers sessions from sunrise movement to sound experiences, with activities structured around body, mind, soul and heart themes. Guests choose their own schedule across the weekend.

The event takes place on Abu Dhabi’s shoreline and brings together teachers, practitioners and artists from regional and international backgrounds. Programming is divided into zones where guests can move between different activities.

Mornings begin with physical practice including yoga, Pilates, somatic movement and breathwork. Daytime programming shifts to talks on holistic wellbeing, mind-body balance and emotional resilience, combining traditional and contemporary wellness approaches.

Evening sessions include sound healing, cacao ceremonies, live music and group rituals. The festival provides women-only and men-only sessions for personal practice, alongside communal areas for rest and conversation.

The Longevity Hub explores wellness through longevity experiences, biohacking sessions and discussions on health and sustainable living.

    Programme includes:

    • Yoga, Pilates and somatic movement sessions
    • Fitness and strength practices with mindful movement
    • Breathwork and ice bath experiences with expert guidance
    • Sound healing, cacao ceremonies and meditative music
    • Talks and panel discussions with regional and international speakers
    • Women-only and men-only sessions for personal exploration
    • Longevity and biohacking experiences on health and vitality
    • Live music, ritual and communal gatherings

Kayan Wellness Festival runs from 6–8 February 2026 on Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi. Daily passes start from AED 275 with access to the full weekend programme.
