Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Bijendra Yadav as Director of Culinary, bringing more than two decades of international culinary leadership and expertise to the hotel’s diverse dining portfolio.
Bijendra joins Le Méridien Dubai from Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Keraton at The Plaza Jakarta, Indonesia, where he most recently held the position of Cluster Executive Chef. In this role, he led culinary operations across 11 outlets, overseeing diverse teams and driving strong results across guest satisfaction, commercial performance, team development and culinary innovation.
Throughout his distinguished career, Bijendra has held senior culinary positions with internationally recognized hospitality brands including Corinthia Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Marquis, The St. Regis, Anantara, Seven Pines Resort Ibiza, The Savoy and Sheraton Grand Park Lane. His extensive experience spans hotel pre-openings, Michelin Guide-recognized dining venues, large-scale events, luxury brand collaborations and the development of award-winning culinary concepts.
In his new role at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, Bijendra will oversee the hotel’s culinary direction across its extensive food and beverage portfolio, working closely with the culinary and operational teams to build on the property’s reputation as a leading culinary destination in Dubai.
Known for his passion for culinary excellence and visionary approach to leadership, Bijendra brings a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability and talent development. His international experience and focus on creating memorable dining experiences will further support the continued evolution of Le Méridien Dubai’s culinary offerings.
