The world-renowned “Picasso of Pastry” brings a new all-day destination experience to Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi this September

Pierre Hermé Paris, the celebrated pâtisserie known for its iconic macarons, pastries and chocolates, is opening its doors this September at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi. The new flagship destination will bring the world-renowned Pierre Hermé, and his singular vision to the Middle East. Following the success of Majlis by Pierre Hermé at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, the new location will offer a refined all-day dining experience where indulgence ‘à la français’ meets inventive cuisine.

Founded by Pierre Hermé, who was named the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016 and the fourth most influential French personality in the world by Vanity Fair, the Maison is renowned for its evolutionary approach to haute pâtisserie, pushing the boundaries of taste and creativity through the finest ingredients. From the rigorous selection of raw materials to the precision of each pastry-making technique, Pierre Hermé’s creations have borne the hallmark of luxury since 1998. Creating distinctive tastes and flavour combinations much like an artist, Pierre Hermé crafts each masterpiece with meticulous attention to detail, designed to evoke taste, sensation, emotion and pleasure.

The extensive menu caters to every craving, from heavenly pâtisseries and viennoiseries to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hermé’s signature Ispahan, Infiniment Vanille and 2000 Feuilles take centre stage, alongside an exquisite selection of pastries showcasing avant-garde flavour combinations and intricate presentation. Savoury highlights include the Pierre Hermé Chicken Croque Monsieur, Avocado Toast with Confit Egg Yolk and Pistachio Vinaigrette, and Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin with Crushed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Beef Jus. For those in search of the perfect luxury gift, the flagship destination offers an elegant selection of beautifully packaged confectionery, including its iconic macaron boxes.

Today, Pierre Hermé Paris is a destination for those seeking the Maison’s signature creations. Its new Marina Mall location will bring this celebrated world of indulgence to Abu Dhabi, as part of the Maison’s continued expansion across the Middle East, with plans to expand into Saudi Arabia in the coming years. Further details on the opening date and experience will be announced in the coming weeks.
