Pierre’s TT at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is reopening its doors after its summer break, and it’s celebrating in style. From Thursday, 3 September to Saturday, 5 September 2026, every guest dining at the restaurant will receive a complimentary glass of French bubbles to mark the occasion.
The three-day celebration arrives just as Dubai’s dining and social calendar springs back to life for the new season, offering both familiar faces and newcomers a chance to experience Pierre’s TT’s take on contemporary French cuisine.
The restaurant showcases the culinary vision of acclaimed French chef Pierre Gagnaire, brought to life in Dubai by Chef de Cuisine Mathieu Balbino, whose menu balances creativity, precision and classic French technique.

The restaurant heads into the new season on a high note, having picked up further accolades in 2026 — including Three Toques from Gault&Millau UAE and Gold in the Best Restaurant – Fine Dining of the Year category at the Middle East F&B Excellence Awards 2026.
Diners can choose from the à la carte menu or opt for the signature five-course Menu Découverte at AED 590 per person, a contemporary tasting journey through French flavours shaped by Gagnaire’s culinary philosophy and the skill of the Pierre’s TT kitchen team.
Set on the promenade level of InterContinental Dubai Festival City, the restaurant pairs contemporary interiors with sweeping views over Dubai Creek, creating a refined yet relaxed setting for an evening of French fine dining.
