Reform Athletica, the boutique fitness studio at ICD Brookfield Place in DIFC, is running men-only classes for the first time. The three sessions take place in November as part of the destination’s Movember initiative, in collaboration with Ashri Skin, a Dubai-born premium unisex skincare brand.
Movement, then skincare
The classes pair Reform Athletica’s approach to movement with Ashri Skin’s idea of mindful skincare, so men can look after their bodies and their routines in one session. Both brands are homegrown, and the release says they share values around wellness. The aim is to challenge traditional ideas about men’s self-care by creating a supportive, inclusive space where men can invest in their physical and mental resilience.
ICD Brookfield Place presents the programme as part of its wider commitment to wellbeing. In line with Movember’s mission, it is meant to bring men together, build community and encourage open conversations about health. Combining fitness and recovery, the programme aims to reinforce the importance of community and connection in supporting men’s wellbeing.

- Wednesday 18 November at 8:30am: Microformer
- Wednesday 25 November at 8:30am: Reform Method
Every man who books a class also receives an Ashri Skin bag. It holds the Soothe & Protect Trio set, made up of a toner, an ampoule and a moisturiser, plus a Gentle Foaming Cleanser.
