Tucked among greenery and overlooking The Park, Splendour Fields is one of JLT’s most inviting outdoor dining spots, and a welcome retreat from the surrounding skyscrapers. It’s a setting that lets guests step away from the city buzz without ever leaving Dubai.

    What to order

Breakfast favourites include the much-loved Turkish Eggs (AED 65), made with spiced labneh, chicken chorizo, local zaatar and poached eggs. The Smashed Avocado with Marinated Cherry Tomato on Toast (AED 68) is a colourful alternative, topped with Meredith goat’s cheese, pickled jalapeño and dukkah. For something sweet, the Ricotta Hotcakes (AED 62) come with orange curd, blueberries, white chocolate and candied orange peel.

    Who it’s for

Whether you’re planning a breakfast catch-up, a coffee date or a slow morning in the sunshine, Splendour Fields is a solid pick for alfresco dining in JLT.
