Boardwalk is bringing back its Squisito Brunch from Saturday, 17 October, at its waterfront home at Dubai Creek Resort. Running every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, the afternoon pairs a sharing-style menu served to the table with free-flowing drinks and live duo entertainment, all with views across Dubai Creek.
Squisito is built for long, unhurried Saturdays, bringing the spirit of an Italian weekend to the Creek. Dishes arrive at the table to be shared over drinks and conversation, while Boardwalk’s marina-inspired interiors and outdoor terrace set the scene and live music keeps the mood relaxed.
The Menu
Starters include Panzanella Salad with passion fruit sauce, basil, tomato and croutons, and Prawn Saganaki with feta, tomato, garlic and parsley. There is also Crispy Calamari & Whitebait with basil salt, rosemary mayonnaise and lime, and Polpette al Sugo, made with Wagyu, tomato sauce, basil and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano.
For mains, the table fills with traditional Italian pasta with beef ragout and Parmigiano Reggiano, a Grilled Mixed Seafood Platter of Loch Fyne salmon, sea bass, calamari, clams and mussels, and Melanzane alla Parmigiana layered with fried eggplant, tomato sauce, mozzarella, Reggiano sauce and basil.
Dessert is a shared spread of Tiramisu, Torta della Nonna, Chocolate Profiteroles, Ricotta Cheesecake and Gianduja Chocolate.
Guests can choose from three free-flowing beverage packages. With its relaxed waterfront setting and generous Italian menu, Squisito is an easy way to ease into the weekend as Dubai’s outdoor season gets under way.
