Yas Plaza Hotels has launched Al Noor, an outdoor Iftar dining experience on Yas Island for Ramadan. Set within Central Plaza, Al Noor offers a setting where Ramadan flavours meet live cooking and hospitality under the night sky.
The meal begins with traditional Ramadan juices, dates and seasonal fruits, then moves to a spread of Arabic mezze, salads and soups. Live stations feature slow cooked lamb ouzi and freshly prepared chicken shawarma, alongside a barbecue selection of grilled meats and seafood served from the flame.
The buffet includes a rotating mix of Arabic, Indian and international mains, with options from Ramadan classics to lighter bites. Dessert features kunafa, luqaimat, Umm Ali and mahalabiya, complemented by a selection of Arabic and international sweets.
Light live entertainment runs through the evening as a backdrop. The spread suits family tables, letting everyone find their favourites at their own pace.
