YUBI Handroll Bar has updated its menu with new handrolls, bowls and hot dishes. The changes add warmth and depth to the restaurant’s offering for the cooler season.
The update introduces two new menu sections while maintaining YUBI’s focus on quality ingredients and simple preparation. Chef Reif Othman says: “This winter-inspired menu brings more warmth and depth to what we do at YUBI, while staying true to clean flavours and quality ingredients.”
The Basics section features seafood handrolls that highlight individual ingredients. Options include Hamachi and Sake, with caviar available as an addition. The preparation emphasises the natural flavour of each fish.
Owan’s is a new bowl category with richer dishes. The section includes Otoro + Caviar Bowl, Japanese Wagyu + Caviar Bowl, and Sake, Hamachi, Akami & Ikura Bowl. Each bowl uses premium ingredients and follows YUBI’s preparation standards.
The hot dishes section has grown to include Japanese comfort food. New items feature Chicken & Foie Gras Gyoza, Wagyu Mazemen and Tori Ramen for winter dining.
The menu also adds lighter options such as Kaiso Salad with green apple and walnut to balance the heavier seasonal dishes.
YUBI continues to serve its established handrolls and signature dishes alongside the new menu items.
