Dubai’s coffee scene is about to get a lot more experimental. Aurōm, opening this September at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in Business Bay, blends a specialty coffee shop with a botanical drinks laboratory — meaning your regular flat white order might soon have some serious competition.
While coffee is still on the menu, it’s the alcohol-free creations that set Aurōm apart. The brand has teamed up with The Herball and botanical expert Michael Isted to craft drinks built on botanical infusions, fermentation and inventive extraction techniques — pushing flavour and texture well beyond the standard café lineup.
Expect a bit of showmanship too. Aurōm pulls inspiration from cocktail bars and experimental kitchens, so the drinks aren’t just sipped — they’re presented with flair.
No official opening date yet, but Aurōm is shaping up to be one of the most interesting café launches to watch this September.
