Bâoli Dubai has announced a new weekly format called House of Bâoli, designed to take guests through a full Sunday, from a sit-down brunch in the afternoon to a party setting that runs into the night.
The concept is built around the idea that a Sunday at Bâoli should feel like one continuous experience rather than two separate events. Families and groups of friends are both welcome, and the format is designed to work for both.
Bâoli has always placed emphasis on atmosphere and the overall guest experience, not just the food. House of Bâoli builds on that approach by giving guests a structured journey through the day, one that shifts in pace and energy as the hours move on.
Doors open at 1:30pm with a brunch built around sharing. The menu includes a selection of starters, live stations, and a range of bold dishes intended to be passed around the table.
As the afternoon moves on, the tone of the venue shifts. The music gets louder, the energy picks up, and resident DJs and live performers take over. The brunch setting gives way to a more social, high-energy atmosphere without any break in the flow.
From 5pm, the venue moves into a full party format. Bottle service becomes the main offering, and the atmosphere takes on the character that Bâoli is known for in the evenings. The transition from afternoon to night is smooth and uninterrupted.
Guests choose from three brunch packages, each offering a different drinks selection.
The Wave is priced at AED 450 and includes mocktails, soft drinks, and juices. It suits guests who want a full afternoon out without alcohol.
The Ritual is priced at AED 650 and includes wines, beers, and selected cocktails. It is designed for guests who want a more traditional brunch drinks offering.
The Sundown is priced at AED 750 and includes champagne, rosé, and a full cocktail selection. It also gives guests access to the tables closest to the DJ, where the atmosphere is at its most intense.
