The classic French brasserie brings steak frites, escargots, and a Market-exclusive fish frites to Downtown Dubai from Thursday 26 March
CQ French Brasserie is opening at Time Out Market Dubai in Souk Al Bahar on Thursday 26 March. The concept already has locations in JLT and Barsha Heights, and brings a straightforward French brasserie menu to the Downtown Dubai food market.
The menu at Time Out Market is a focused selection of French brasserie classics. Steak frites is the centrepiece, served with crispy fries. Escargots come in garlic and parsley butter, and a chicken and wild mushroom vol-au-vent rounds out the savoury options. The Market also carries an exclusive dish: fish frites made with a fresh catch from the Arabian Sea. Pain perdu is available for those who want to finish on something sweet.
Chef Fadi Naim leads the kitchen, working with classic French technique and straightforward ingredients. The concept was founded by Ziad and Rowan Kamel of Rosy Hospitality.
CQ French Brasserie is now open at Time Out Market Dubai, Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. Monday to Thursday noon to midnight, Friday noon to 1am, Saturday 10am to 1am, Sunday 10am to midnight.
