Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira has set out its festive calendar, which runs through December and into the first day of 2027. It starts with a Christmas tree lighting and gingerbread workshops for children, and ends with a New Year’s Eve gala dinner, a late party at the hotel’s Magnum nightclub and a New Year’s Day brunch.
Tree lighting and gingerbread houses
The season opens on 7 December 2026 with the Christmas Tree Lighting in the lobby from 6pm to 8pm, when Santa makes an appearance to switch on the tree. For children there is a Gingerbread House Workshop on Saturdays 5, 12 and 19 December from 1pm to 4pm. The hotel’s chefs guide children as they build and decorate their own gingerbread houses, with other festive activities and a meal made for them. It costs AED 99 per child.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December runs from 7pm to 11pm with a festive menu, and Christmas Day Brunch the following day runs from 1pm to 4pm, with a visit from Santa for younger guests. Both start from AED 199 per adult with unlimited soft drinks or AED 299 with unlimited house beverages. Children under six eat free and children aged six to 12 get 50% off.
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
On 31 December the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is a festive buffet from 8pm to midnight, at the same prices as the Christmas meals. For a later night, Magnum nightclub holds its New Year’s celebration from 9pm to 3am, with live performances by the singer Hamid Al Masry, the venue’s resident belly dancer, a DJ and other live acts. Entry is AED 175 per person.
The calendar closes with New Year’s Day Brunch on 1 January 2027, from 1pm to 4pm, with live stations of dishes from around the world. Packages start from AED 149 per adult with unlimited soft drinks or AED 199 with unlimited house beverages, with the same children’s prices.
The release does not list the menus for any of the meals. Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira describes itself as the only IHG hotel in Deira and is operated by Ishraq Hospitality, part of the Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group.
