Service begins with dates, dried fruits and nuts, followed by lentil soup and mixed green salad. For the main course, guests choose between risotto frutti di mare or rigatoni genovese. The menu includes a provola and zaatar pizza created for the Ramadan season. House-made freshly-spun date gelato finishes the meal as a contemporary take on tradition.
