    Summer in Dubai doesn’t have to cost a thing. From pizza-fuelled pub Mondays to sunset yogalates under the DIFC Gate, and a whole run of Emirati Women’s Day treats, here’s your free-and-almost-free roundup for the week of 24–30 August 2026.

    Free Food & Drink

    Monday 4–8pm — Reform Social & Grill, The Lakes Kick off the week with FREE Pizza Mondays. Relaxed garden pub vibes, complimentary pizza slices from Reform’s signature selection, plus Happy Hour drinks in the Summer Tent.

    Daily, while stocks last — Tania’s Teahouse, Dubai Hills Pop in for a tea or coffee and get free painting & bedazzling thrown in — decorate a cup, get creative, and make your drink order a little more fun. Great for coffee dates or a family pit stop.

    28 August, 7:45–10pm — Dunkin’, Sheikh Zayed Road Dunkin’ on Record: Live Edition brings live music from local talent, with a free donut while you enjoy the show. Free entry, casual Friday night energy.

    Emirati Women’s Day Specials (28–30 August)

    Dubai’s dessert scene is going all out for Emirati Women’s Day, with several restaurants offering complimentary treats to women dining in — some require an Emirates ID:

    • Orilla, 27th Floor, Hotel Local, JVT — Free limited-edition dessert plus 10% off, with rooftop Dubai skyline views (28–30 Aug).
    • Carine, Emirates Golf Club — Free pistachio tiramisu with lunch on 28 August (AED 65 on 29–30 Aug).
    • Salvaje, Downtown Dubai — Two complimentary signature cocktails plus a starter; Emirates ID required (28–30 Aug).
    • Arrogante, Downtown Dubai — Choose a free Pomodoro or Yuzu Caramel Flan with Italian dinner; Emirates ID required (28–30 Aug).
    • ZEA, Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC — Complimentary dessert platter for Emirati women dining, 28 August only.
    • La Maison Ani, Dubai Mall — Every woman dining gets a free Tarte Cacahuète & Caramel Salé from Chef Izu Ani’s kitchen, 28 August only.

    Free Wellness & Fitness

    Wednesday 26 August, 7pm — Under The Gate, Gate Avenue, DIFC Yogalates Under The Gate combines yoga and Pilates against an unbeatable sunset skyline backdrop. Free entry, but advance booking is required.

    27–30 August — Veo Fitness, Manzil, Arabian Ranches, Meadows & Hayya Lakes Veo Fitness is running four days of complimentary Hatha and Flow yoga sessions for women of all nationalities across multiple Dubai locations. Advance booking required.

    Vera Wellness, Dubai — 26 August, 12–6pm Free Scalp Analysis & Treatment courtesy of Vera x Aveda: a relaxing consultation and Invati treatment from an Aveda educator, complimentary with any Vera service or café purchase.

    Avida Longevity, Jumeirah — available throughout August Bring a friend who’s never tried Avida before and their first cryotherapy or red light session is on the house — a nice way to reset together.

    Free Beach & Pool Access

    MiMi’s Pool Club, FIVE Jumeirah Village Ladies get free pool access Monday–Thursday (10am–7:30pm), plus 3 free drinks from 2pm as part of the Midday Sips offer.

    Free entry night swims:

    • Umm Suqeim Night Beach — open 24 hours, free entry
    • Al Mamzar Beach — night swim Mon–Sun, free entry
    • Bohemia Beach Club, FIVE Palm Jumeirah — ladies free Fri & Sat from 7pm (gents AED 100 incl. 1 drink)
    • Areia Pool & Beach Club, Jumeirah Beach Residence — free entry daily, 5–9pm

    Free access beach clubs, Monday–Friday:

    • Bohemia Beach Club — free from 9am
    • Jones The Grocer, Palm Jumeirah — free (weekends AED 250 redeemable)
    • The Tap House, Palm Vista Mare — free (weekends from AED 100 redeemable)
    • Koko Bay, Palm West Beach — free (weekends from AED 100 redeemable)

    Free Entertainment

    Fridays, 7pm — Fluid Beach Club, Palm Jumeirah Movie Nights bring open-air cinema with poolside seating, skyline views and beach club vibes. Free entry, with food, drinks and snacks available to buy.

    Free for Families

    25 August, 12–5pm — Brasserie Uptown x SO/ Uptown Dubai The Back to School Bash from SocialMoms is a free, family-friendly afternoon before school starts back — think photo booth, live tote bag customisation, kids’ workshops, sensory play, magic shows, and even Mini Michael Jackson performances. Free entry, plus free valet parking.
