Fumée Steakhouse at the Fairmont Dubai is serving a Ramadan Iftar menu this Holy Month. Priced at AED 240 per person, the menu combines grilled dishes with traditional favourites in a sharing format.
The first course arrives family style with Ajwa and Medjoul dates, followed by a seasonal salad with olive oil and lemon. A Ramadan bread basket comes with mixed olives, labneh with hummus, and baba ganoush topped with pepper paste. The course includes stuffed grape leaves and burnt butter with tulum cheese.
Soup follows as a shared course. Options include traditional lentil soup with butter, cumin and sweet paprika, or the soup of the day. Hot starters include pan calf liver with onions and spices, hand-rolled kol böreği, slow-cooked Ashur with meat, and traditional icli kofte.
For the main course, each guest selects one dish. Choices include slow-cooked lamb shoulder with rice pilaf, pistachio and brown butter, grilled chicken skewers with roasted vegetables, or Ali Nazik with grilled lamb, smoked aubergine purée and yoghurt. Handmade Turkish dumplings with butter sauce are served alongside a rotating dish of the day.
Dessert offers one selection per guest. Options include baked rice pudding with roasted hazelnuts, güllaç layered with milk-soaked pastry and pistachio, or Umm Ali with baked bread, milk and nuts.
Fumée Steakhouse provides an Iftar setting that balances traditional elements with contemporary service. The restaurant offers a format designed for gathering and sharing during Ramadan.
Water, Turkish tea and şerbet are included with the Iftar.
