Jules Bar at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has built a following as a go-to Mexican venue for the city’s Filipino community. Now it is leaning into that identity with a daily Kamayan Fiesta, bold Mexican flavours and live music every night.
The Kamayan Fiesta
The Kamayan Fiesta is a communal feast inspired by the traditional boodle fight. Friends and family gather around a banana-leaf spread and eat by hand, working through well-loved Filipino dishes such as Sisig Pampanga, Lechon Kawali and Daing na Bangus.
Each feast includes Sinigang soup, mixed atchara, rice and a pitcher of iced tea. Guests choose five dishes for AED 269 or three dishes for AED 169, and the feast is available daily.
Live bands and bottle deals
From 8:30pm onwards the bar fills with sound. A live Filipino band and a resident DJ keep the room moving every night, with performances by Skills Band and Supreme Band. The venue says the mix is meant to feel like home, with sing-alongs, dancing and plenty of group energy.
For bigger tables there is Bottle & Bites Delight, served daily from 5pm to 1am. Every bottle of spirits comes with three complimentary appetisers, which makes it an easy choice for a birthday or a team night out. Earlier in the evening, Jules also runs a daily happy hour, which we cover in our story on Le Méridien Dubai’s happy hours.
Le Méridien Dubai has been busy this season, with a new culinary lead and a Halloween programme at Jules and its sister venues. See our report on its Halloween celebrations for more.
