Indian comedian Jaspreet Singh, known online as Life of Paaji, will perform at Emirates International Theatre in Dubai on Saturday, 28 November 2026, as part of Comedy Box Office Season 7. Presented by Spotlight Entertainment, the show will see Singh bring his latest act, Straight Up, to the stage, drawing on his popular online comedy persona. Doors will open at 6pm, with the show starting at 7pm, and tickets start from AED 125 on Platinumlist.
From Amritsar to the stage
Raised in Amritsar, Jaspreet began writing jokes as early as Class 6. He went on to study software engineering, but continued performing throughout his college years, taking part in stage shows, skits and solo performances, and representing his university in dance. His professional stand-up career began with a performance in Gurugram in March 2015, while he was still working in the corporate sector and performing at weekend comedy shows. He left his job in January 2018 to pursue comedy full-time, building an audience across India and internationally with material drawn from everyday experiences, relationships and family dynamics.
A following built on relatable humour
Jaspreet’s online popularity is reflected in his YouTube numbers. His most-viewed video, Brothers, has drawn approximately 12.6 million views with its look at sibling relationships, while his Crowd Work Comedy clip has reached about 7.7 million views for its live audience interactions. His stand-up special, Grown Up, has recorded around 7.2 million views exploring the realities of growing up.
Part of a four-month season
The Dubai date forms part of Comedy Box Office’s four-month season, which opened in September with Rajat Chauhan, Siddhartha Shetty and Anmol Garg. The season will close in December, when Sharon Verma makes her first-ever Dubai appearance on 27 December 2026, headlining the finale following her breakout moment on India’s Got Latent.
