New openings, summer brunches, night swims and limited-edition collabs — here is everything worth putting in your diary right now. From a beloved bakehouse making its Dubai debut to a brunch with a temperature-linked discount, this week is stacked.

    Parka Bakehouse Opens in Dubai

Category: New Opening  |  Location: Nad Al Sheba Mall

The beloved bakehouse has landed in Nad Al Sheba Mall, bringing its full cabinet of sweet and savoury pastries to Dubai — including a banoffee brûlée that is already generating serious buzz. If you have been following Parka’s journey, this is the one to visit first.

    • Mon–Thu: 10am–10pm
    • Fri–Sun: 10am–midnight

    Mama B Opens in JLT

Category: New Opening  |  Location: JLT, Cluster F

A new Taiwanese street-food spot in JLT’s Cluster F serving affordable, flavour-packed dishes — chicken cutlets, dumplings, buns and braised chicken rice. The hand-drawn interiors match the casual, laidback vibe and an all-day breakfast menu featuring congee, turnip cake, egg crepes and scallion pancakes makes it a strong weekend option too.

    • When: Wed–Sun, 11am–10:30pm

    Gitano Summer Brunch

Category: Brunch  |  Location: J1 Beach  |  Every Saturday from 27 June

Gitano’s new Saturday brunch on its air-conditioned J1 Beach terrace comes with a genuinely clever temperature-linked discount — the day’s high temperature in °C becomes your percentage off. At 40°C, that’s 40% off free-flowing drinks and lunch. A smart way to make peak summer feel like a reason to go out rather than stay in.

    • When: Every Saturday from 27 June, 1pm–4pm
    • Price: From AED 485

    Night Swim at SĀN Beach

Category: Swim  |  Location: West Beach, Palm Jumeirah

Beat the summer heat with an evening dip at SĀN Beach on West Beach, Palm Jumeirah. Arrive at 6pm for sunset, then settle in for chilled drinks and an Aegean-inspired dinner on your lounger. The entry fee is fully redeemable against food and drinks — making this one of the smarter summer evening options on the Palm.

    • When: Daily, 6pm–midnight
    • Price: AED 200 (sofa) / AED 250 (pool bed) — fully redeemable on F&B

KAYALI x Bonbon Café Sorbet Collab

Category: Pop-up  |  Location: The Lana, Dubai  |  Until 7 June

The Lana’s Bonbon Café has partnered with fragrance house KAYALI to mark the launch of two new Eden scents. Pastry Chef Romain Castel has translated the fruity, floral notes of the fragrances into four limited-edition artisanal sorbets — a sensory crossover of perfumery and patisserie that is only around for a few more days. Don’t sleep on this one.

    • When: Until 7 June
    • Price: AED 30 per scoop / AED 50 for two

Always confirm timings and bookings directly with venues before visiting — details can change at short notice.
