Luciano’s reopens its doors on 29 September 2026, welcoming guests back with a refreshed dining experience and a revamped menu that celebrates the flavours and traditions of Italy. Set within the garden surroundings of Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection in JBR, the restaurant blends relaxed alfresco dining with a warm, rustic atmosphere, mixing comforting classics with contemporary creations.
The new menu
The meal begins with dishes made for sharing, including Grilled Provolone and Antipasti, alongside fresh starters such as Beef Carpaccio, Caprese Salad and Panzanella.
From there, an extensive selection of pizzas, pastas and risottos takes over, ranging from the classic Margherita Pizza and the ever-popular Lasagna to more contemporary dishes like Tartufina and Gnocchi. Mains add further variety with premium meat and seafood options, including Seared Salmon, Slow-Cooked Braised Beef and Cotoletta alla Milanese.
To finish, guests can choose from a selection of traditional Italian-inspired desserts.
