Maison Dalí is hosting a single-sitting afternoon tea in partnership with HAIYATEA. The event pairs artisanal teas with pastries by Chef Tristin Farmer and gives guests an early look at experiences the venue plans to offer in the future.
The afternoon tea takes place inside Maison Dalí’s art-led interiors, which take their cues from the world of Salvador Dalí. The restaurant operates on a Surrealist Relaxed Fine Dining philosophy, combining Mediterranean warmth with Japanese precision. Chef Tristin Farmer, who holds Michelin-star experience, oversees the menu and brings that background to every detail on the plate.
The menu moves through a sequence built around texture, flavour, and technique. It opens with a hazelnut praline filled chocolate miso cookie, continues with saffron and orange infused madeleines, and closes with a treacle tart layered with kokuto sugar mousse and tonka. The progression is designed to sit alongside the tea pairings and draw out the character of each brew.
HAIYATEA brings small-farm, artisanal loose-leaf teas sourced directly from China, with Taiwan and Japan selections in development. Guests choose from three options: Genmaicha, Hojicha, or Sencha. Each tea is selected to work with the pastry menu and reflect HAIYATEA’s commitment to quality at origin.
The event offers guests a focused and unhurried way to explore what both Maison Dalí and HAIYATEA do well, within a setting that keeps the experience personal and contained.
