The Al Satwa restaurant teams up with CarniStore for a limited run of dry-aged burger dinners, available until 31 March
Moonrise, based at Eden House in Al Satwa, has stepped away from its usual tasting menu format for a short run of collaborative dinners under a new series called Moonrise & Friends. The concept brings in guest chefs, brands and concepts for limited partnerships, one at a time.
The first collaboration is with CarniStore, and it focuses on burgers. The three-course set menu is built around a smash burger made with a custom CarniStore blend of dry-aged Angus short rib. The patties are selected for flavour and texture, with a crisp edge and a juicy centre. Sides lean towards comfort food, with a few nostalgic touches to close the meal.
