P.F. Chang’s has launched StrEATS of Asia, a limited time menu of eight dishes inspired by Asian street food, from the street food stalls of Thailand to the smoky grills of Indonesia. It is available for dine in at P.F. Chang’s restaurants in the UAE from 4 November to 14 December 2026, and runs over the same dates in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. AURA members get 10% off the menu throughout the campaign.
Snacks and street plates
The menu opens with Tokyo Korokke, Japanese style potato croquettes filled with sweet corn and peas, coated in panko, fried and served with katsu sauce. From Indonesia, Smoky Street Satay is flame grilled chicken with a creamy peanut sauce.
Coconut Silk Laksa brings noodles in a coconut curry broth, finished with fresh herbs, crunchy toppings and citrus. Thai Basil Kra Pao is minced chicken stir fried with chillies and Thai basil, topped with a crispy fried egg.
Noodles and rice
Korean Japchae is glass noodles wok tossed with vegetables, sesame oil and soy. Wok Smoked Nasi Goreng, the Indonesian classic, is smoked wok fired rice with kecap manis and chillies, finished with a fried egg.
Sweet things and a drink
The Watermelon Bloom, served as a carafe, mixes fresh watermelon with lemon. Mais Con Yelo, inspired by the Philippine dessert of the same name, combines sweet corn, ice cream and crunchy toppings. Golden Glazed Sweet Potatoes pairs caramelised sweet potato and cinnamon with coconut ice cream and toasted coconut flakes.
P.F. Chang’s says the menu celebrates the diversity of Asian street food in one dining experience. The release does not give prices for the dishes.
