Sukhothai Dubai Marks Loy Krathong and Thai Dining Season in November 2026

Sukhothai in Dubai will host a Loy Krathong Festival celebration on 27 November 2026, running from 6pm to 11pm, as part of a wider season of Thai dining experiences at the restaurant. Alongside the one-off festival evening, Sukhothai continues its weekly Talay Thai Sea Harvest seafood nights and its Thaipas Sukhothai Brunch.

Loy Krathong Celebration

The Loy Krathong evening will feature a dining journey that includes a salad, soup, grilled and dessert buffet, together with main courses served directly to the table. Handcrafted krathongs will be displayed in the fountain at the restaurant entrance, and guests will be invited to take part in the tradition of offering blessings for happiness, good fortune and prosperity. The team will mark the occasion in traditional Thai attire, with traditional music featured through the evening. The celebration is priced at AED 169 per person including soft beverages, or AED 199 per person including alcoholic beverages.

Weekend Seafood and Brunch

Every Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10:45pm, Talay Thai Sea Harvest offers a premium seafood display cooked to order with Thai herbs, spices and signature sauces, including lobster, tiger prawns, scallops, squid, mussels and the catch of the day.

From Thursday to Saturday between 1pm and 4pm, the Thaipas Sukhothai Brunch offers endless servings of Thai favourites and street food-inspired dishes. Packages are priced at AED 169 for endless bites with soft beverages, or AED 229 for endless bites with Thai hops and house grapes included.

All three experiences can be booked online via SevenRooms. Those planning a weekend out can also check our Dubai brunch guide for more options, while our guide to Friday dining lists further places to try across the city.
