Rohini at Mövenpick JLT is marking the festival of Holi with a limited-time drinks menu running from 2nd to 8th March. Called Rang, Ras aur Thandai Holi, the menu takes the traditional thandai as its starting point and develops it into a set of contemporary drinks that sit comfortably within Rohini’s modern Indian dining offer.
The menu draws on familiar festive flavours while introducing updated combinations that reflect current tastes. The thandai format is kept intact but reworked with lighter, fresher profiles designed to appeal to Dubai diners looking for something seasonal and a little different.
Two flavour directions are available. The first follows a classic route with Kesar Pista and Badam notes. The second takes a more contemporary approach with a Matcha Moringa combination for a cleaner, lighter taste. Both are available as cocktails at AED 70 and mocktails at AED 40, giving guests the choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic version throughout the week-long run.
Rohini focuses on contemporary Indian cuisine and the Holi drinks menu reflects that approach, connecting traditional festival flavours with a format that works for modern dining in Dubai.
