MINIBOSS Business School announces its first formal intake from 12th September
The UK-founded international network for young entrepreneurs brings its structured education pathway to children and teenagers aged 6–18, with enrollment now open for the 2026 intake.
Every generation of parents asks the same question: how do we prepare our children for a world we can’t fully predict? In Dubai, one answer has just opened its doors. MINIBOSS BUSINESS SCHOOL Dubai, the locally led branch of the UK-founded MINIBOSS international education network, is officially welcoming students at Dubai Knowledge Park, giving children and teenagers a structured, multi-year pathway into entrepreneurship, leadership and real-world business thinking, taught the way children actually learn: by building things.
Unlike the one-off holiday camps and weekend workshops that dominate the region’s “kids’ entrepreneurship” market, the school runs on eight sequential courses, supported by 12 types of practice annually, the same model used across the international MINIBOSS network. Each course is designed to be completed over an academic year, and the practical component includes startup creation, teamwork, pitching, masterclasses, business tours and participation in startup forums and competitions. Students who complete the full pathway may qualify for the MINIBOSS International Diploma, subject to the network’s academic and practical requirements.
“Most programmes give children a single exciting weekend and call it entrepreneurship education. We wanted to build something a parent could actually trust with their child’s development over years, not hours,” said Siddique Hills, Branch Owner and Director. “Our job isn’t to teach children to recite business terms. It’s to help them think independently, spot opportunities, solve real problems, and have the confidence to turn an idea into something that actually exists. That takes structure, repetition and time, which is exactly what our pathway is built for.
Siddique Hills, entrepreneur and education leader, is Branch Owner and Director of MINIBOSS BUSINESS SCHOOL Dubai. His background is in entrepreneurship and early-stage startup development, and he built the Dubai branch on a simple premise: children should learn practical business and leadership skills early, in an environment where they can explore their talents, work in teams, and gain the confidence to present and implement real projects.
By graduation, students have moved through eight sequential courses and 12 types of practice each year, from shaping a startup idea to pitching it in front of a real audience. They compete in startup forums, join an international community of young entrepreneurs, and work toward the MINIBOSS International Diploma, awarded on completion of the full programme.
The point isn’t a grade. It’s a child who can spot a problem, build a plan, and present it with confidence, built on two commitments: to equip children and teenagers with entrepreneurial thinking, leadership capabilities and practical life skills that help them confidently turn ideas into meaningful action, and to nurture a generation of responsible, creative and future-ready young leaders who contribute positively to their families, communities and the UAE’s innovation economy.
The school is currently welcoming its first cohorts of students aged 6 to 14, with enrollment open to families across Dubai and the wider UAE.
