Trèsind Studio Offers Its 15-Course Tasting Menu at Dhs945 for One Week Only

Trèsind Studio is making its 15-course tasting menu available at a reduced price for a limited period, bringing the cost down from Dhs1,350 to Dhs945 per person — a reduction of 30 per cent.

The offer runs from Monday 30th March to Saturday 4th April and covers the food element of the tasting menu. It applies to the full multi-course experience, giving diners the opportunity to eat at one of Dubai’s most recognised restaurants at a lower entry point.

The dining room holds just 20 covers, so reservations are necessary and availability is expected to fill quickly.

Trèsind Studio is led by chef Himanshu Saini and takes a distinct approach to Indian cuisine. The kitchen uses classic regional references as a starting point, then applies precise technique to rebuild them into something more considered. Courses arrive in a set sequence, with staff on hand to explain each dish as it reaches the table.

The menu draws on ingredients and recipes from across India’s regions, reinterpreting dishes such as pani puri and sadhya through a more technical lens. Portions are small and constructed with care, intended to be eaten in one or two bites. Previous menus have featured ghee roast crab, duck haleem with foie gras, and a lobster course.

The restaurant has received notable recognition for this approach, including a Highly Commended award for Best Tasting Menu Over Dhs1,000 at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards, as well as the title of Restaurant of the Year at the Gault&Millau UAE awards.

For anyone who has been considering a visit, the current pricing makes this a practical moment to book.
