Crafted exclusively for Negroni Week, the collection pays homage to the classic harmony of bitter, sweet, and botanical profiles while highlighting the inventive craftsmanship of Zenon’s bar team. Moving beyond a traditional recreation, the venue’s mixologists have incorporated distinct infusions, unexpected ingredients, and modern flavor pairings to deliver a novel twist on the iconic aperitif.
The limited-edition menu begins with Tropical (AED 75), an island-inspired interpretation featuring gin infused with kumquat, Campari, red vermouth, and pineapple, delivering bright citrus notes balanced with tropical sweetness. Guests looking for bolder flavours can discover Spiced Mango (AED 80), where Thai chilli-infused gin meets Campari, red vermouth, and a house-made spiced mango blend, creating an elegant harmony of sweet heat and aromatic complexity.
