For one week only, the venue will present an exclusive Negroni Flight priced at AED 249, bringing together three interpretations that journey from the timeless original to tropical and smoky expressions.
Staying true to Amaru’s ritual-centric philosophy on mixology, this exclusive tasting flight demonstrates how a renowned classic can be reimagined with surprising flavor notes and meticulously chosen elements. While honoring the signature bittersweet essence of the traditional Negroni, each crafted variation unveils a distinct story to deliver a cohesive, curated sensory experience.
Leading the flight is the Negroni Latino, Amaru’s vibrant interpretation of the classic and a celebration of the diversity and soul of Latin America. Campari, Tropical Distillation, banana, Aperol, Cocchi Vermouth Blend and bitters come together in a fruit-forward yet balanced serve, bringing a festive tropical character to the traditionally bittersweet cocktail.
Serving as a foundational anchor for the flight, the timeless Classic Negroni pays tribute to the iconic drink in its purest expression. Expertly mixed with Campari, Bombay Sapphire, Cocchi Storico, and aromatic bitters, it provides a familiar baseline while highlighting the enduring legacy of a globally beloved classic cocktail.
