Time Out Market Dubai, the city’s definitive culinary and cultural destination, is inviting visitors to celebrate Negroni Week with an exclusive Negroni Masterclass in collaboration with Campari. Taking place on Thursday, 24 September, from 6PM to 8PM, the intimate experience will offer guests the opportunity to discover the craft, history and flavours behind one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
Led by a cocktail expert, the two-hour masterclass will take guests through the essential techniques, key ingredients and flavour balance behind the classic serve as they create three full-sized cocktails: a Negroni, Negroni Sbagliato and Americano. The interactive session will give participants the chance to shake, stir and perfect their cocktail-making skills while enjoying the drinks they prepare throughout the evening.
Guests will gain insight into the origins and evolution of the Negroni, uncovering the stories behind the classic serve and its famous variations. Designed for seasoned cocktail lovers and curious beginners alike, the masterclass combines practical skills with a deeper understanding of the drink’s rich history.
Priced at AED 150 per person, the masterclass is limited to just eight participants. To round off the evening, each guest will receive special gifts from Campari and Time Out Market Dubai to take home.
