Afternoon tea in Dubai runs from AED 149 a head in a hotel lobby to AED 850 with champagne 442 metres up the Burj Khalifa. This is a short, curated selection of venues, not a tested ranking: we started with hotels that have shared details with Dubai Edited, then checked prices and times against each hotel’s own website. Prices and details checked on 16 October 2026.
Where a hotel’s page would not load for us, or showed no price, we say so and leave the figure out rather than guess. Two venues below rely on information the hotels sent us directly, and they are marked as such.

Hotel teas with a published price
Raffles Dubai. The tea is served at Raffles Salon every day from 2pm to 6pm. The hotel’s page lists the Raffles Afternoon Tea at AED 195 per person with free-flowing tea, a children’s version at AED 75 for under-12s, and a package that adds a 60-minute massage in the Raffles Spa for AED 450 per person. Finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and pastries are paired with TWG teas, and there is a tea cocktail on the side. The page does not say whether a vegetarian menu is offered, so ask when you book.
Raffles The Palm Dubai. Blüthner Hall is the hotel’s lobby lounge, built around a Louis XIV style grand piano, with live piano on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The Grand Palaces Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2pm to 6pm and takes its desserts from famous European palaces, including a Victoria sponge and a Sacher torte. The hotel lists it from AED 395 per couple, and you can add champagne. The terrace looks over the Arabian Gulf and The Palm.
The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, JBR. The Lobby Lounge serves a Traditional Treat at AED 220 and a Royal Treat at AED 329, which adds two glasses of sparkling wine. Adding two hours of free-flowing sparkling wine costs AED 220. The menu lists five finger sandwiches, a prawn cocktail in brioche, plain and raisin scones with Devonshire cream, and four pastries. Allergen codes mark the scones, cream and berry jam as vegetarian or vegan, but most sandwiches contain fish, meat or egg, so vegetarians should ask the lounge what it can swap. Prices include VAT, a service charge and the municipality fee. You can sit indoors under the chandeliers or on the terrace over the gardens and sea.
Tea with a view
At.mosphere, Level 122 of the Burj Khalifa. We covered this tea in September. The venue told us there are three packages: La Gourmandise at AED 350 with unlimited hot and cold drinks, Sparkling High Tea at AED 550 with two glasses of Prosecco, and Luxurious High Tea at AED 850 with a shared bottle of champagne and a main course. It runs daily from 12.30pm to 4.30pm. The venue’s own website was behind a security check when we tried it, so these figures come from the venue’s information to us in September and are not rechecked on its site. Confirm before booking.

Skyview Lounge, Burj Al Arab. Jumeirah’s own feature on afternoon tea describes the lounge on the 27th floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows over the city and coast, where the evening cocktail bar becomes “Sky Tea” by day. We could not load a page with a current price, so there is no figure here. Check with Jumeirah.
Two teas to confirm
The H Dubai, The Gallery. The hotel told us in September that The Gallery serves three afternoon teas, Classic, Arabic or Matcha, daily from 2pm to 6pm, with unlimited fine teas and sweet and savoury bites, from AED 149 per person. See our September round-up of The H Dubai. The hotel’s website would not load for us, so this is the hotel’s own information rather than a live page. Check the current price.

Godiva Café, Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. The hotel lists Godiva Café among its venues, and the café has served afternoon tea as a special for occasions such as Valentine’s Day. We found no standing price on the hotel’s website, so check with the hotel on 04 520 0000.
How to choose
For the lowest outlay, the verified prices start at AED 195 (Raffles Dubai) and, from the hotel’s information, AED 149 (The H Dubai). For a view, At.mosphere is the highest and the Skyview Lounge sits on the 27th floor of the Burj Al Arab; Raffles The Palm and the Ritz-Carlton both have a sea outlook from the terrace. If you want live music, Raffles The Palm has piano at weekends. To add bubbles, compare the Ritz-Carlton’s Royal Treat (AED 109 more than the Traditional Treat) with At.mosphere’s Sparkling High Tea (AED 200 more than La Gourmandise).
Book ahead, ask about vegetarian and allergy needs when you do, and check whether prices include VAT and service. The Ritz-Carlton’s do; the other pages we read do not say.
