The setting is the hotel’s Pool Terrace, where the menu draws on classic Ramadan dishes alongside a selection of contemporary options, suited to relaxed evening gatherings.
Guests start with a spread of hot and cold mezze, including Muhammara, Hummus, and Moutabel, as well as Kibbeh, Cheese Rakakat, Spinach Fatayer, and Falafel. Fresh options include Tabbouleh, Fattoush, and Warak Enab. A charcuterie and cheese station adds Beef Cecina, Beef Chorizo, Chicken Pistachio Mortadella, and Salmon Gravlax, paired with a range of local and international cheeses.
