ME by Meliá Dubai hosts an open-air Iftar this Ramadan on its Pool Terrace, giving guests a place to break fast with good food and easy company in the centre of the city.

The setting is the hotel’s Pool Terrace, where the menu draws on classic Ramadan dishes alongside a selection of contemporary options, suited to relaxed evening gatherings.

Guests start with a spread of hot and cold mezze, including Muhammara, Hummus, and Moutabel, as well as Kibbeh, Cheese Rakakat, Spinach Fatayer, and Falafel. Fresh options include Tabbouleh, Fattoush, and Warak Enab. A charcuterie and cheese station adds Beef Cecina, Beef Chorizo, Chicken Pistachio Mortadella, and Salmon Gravlax, paired with a range of local and international cheeses.

The meal continues with Lentil Soup and a Salad Bar, followed by the live carvery and grill stations. Guests can choose from Roasted Lamb Leg, Slow-Roasted Beef Cheeks, and Whole Farm Chicken, as well as Chicken Shish Tawook and Shrimp Skewers, served with a selection of sauces and sides.

The main course features a set of Ramadan dishes rooted in regional tradition. These include Ouzi with Braised Lamb and Oriental Rice, Samkeh Harra, Dawood Basha, and sides such as Freekeh and Vermicelli Rice. Desserts include Mahalabiya, Umm Ali, Date Pudding, assorted Arabic sweets, and fresh fruit.
