JBR is one beachfront strip, and most of its serious dining sits in the hotels on it. This is a curated selection of places we can place in Jumeirah Beach Residence, not a tested ranking: we began with venues Dubai Edited has already covered, then checked cuisine, hours and prices on each venue’s or hotel’s own website. Prices and details checked on 16 October 2026.
Most JBR hotel restaurants do not publish dinner prices online, so the table below only prices what is published. Where we found nothing, we say to check with the venue. Marina Walk venues are not JBR and are left out.

Beachfront and beach clubs
Tamoka. Caribbean and Latin American cooking on the sand, at Al Mamsha Street, The Walk, JBR. The restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 1am, per the Ritz-Carlton’s dining page. Its Sunday brunch has a children’s price of AED 200 for ages 6 to 11, and under-sixes eat free. Booking before Tuesday earns 20 per cent off, according to the Tamoka website. Playa Pacha. On the ground floor of FIVE Luxe on The Walk, the beach club is open from 10am until sunset. The club’s website lists weekday access as complimentary for everyone. See our note on the weekday offer and our guide to free pool and beach clubs.
Wavebreaker. The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah’s beachside restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 10pm, with happy hour from 6pm to 9pm. The hotel’s JBR restaurants site pitches it on burgers and live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays.
Italian and Mediterranean
Luciano’s, Al Habtoor Grand Resort. A garden restaurant that reopened on 29 September 2026 with a new menu of antipasti, pizzas, pastas, risottos and mains such as Milanese cotoletta. The Marriott listing gives hours of 12pm to 11.30pm daily. Prices are not published, so check with the resort on +971 4 408 4257. Our story: the reopening.
Splendido, The Ritz-Carlton has a Tuscan-inspired terrace and piazza, open Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm to 11pm. Villa Verona, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah lists Italian dining from Thursday to Monday, 1pm to 10.30pm. Prices for both: check with the venue.
Asian, Japanese and Middle Eastern
Blue Jade, The Ritz-Carlton serves Vietnamese, Thai, Singaporean, Japanese and Chinese dishes, open 6pm to 11pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday to Sunday, and closed Wednesday and Thursday. Kimura-ya, Al Habtoor Grand is a Japanese restaurant open daily from 12pm to 1am, with wagyu you grill yourself or sushi. Amaseena, The Ritz-Carlton is an open-air Middle Eastern restaurant, open Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm to 1am. At Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, the hotel lists Ammos for Greek cooking and Turquoise for Turkish and international buffets, with no prices or hours on its page. Check with the hotel.
Steak, pub and all-day
The Grand Grill, Al Habtoor Grand is a South African steakhouse, closed Mondays, open Tuesday and Wednesday 5pm to 11.30pm, Thursday to Saturday 12pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 12pm to 8.30pm. McGettigan’s JBR is an Irish pub at the Hilton, open 12.30pm to 2am on weekdays and 10am to 2am at weekends. Trader Vic’s JBR is a tiki bar open 5pm to 1am Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm to 2am on Fridays, with a Saturday brunch from 1pm. How to choose
If you want the lowest spend, Playa Pacha on a weekday and Wavebreaker’s Monday cocktail offer are the cheapest verified options. For a weekend brunch, the verified prices run from AED 299 at Tamoka to AED 399 at London Social Garden. For Italian, Luciano’s has a garden setting and Splendido a terrace and piazza. For a late dinner, the Ritz-Carlton’s Amaseena and Kimura-ya both run to 1am. Two Hilton rooftop venues, Marbar and Pure Sky, are listed as closed until further notice, so we have left them out.
