Weekend highlights included headline talks, immersive wellness experiences and live musical performances adding to the success of the region’s largest wellness festival
The Kayan Wellness Festival has concluded its second edition, welcoming over 14,000 visitors to Abu Dhabi’s Fahid Island from 6 to 8 February 2026. The region’s largest wellness festival attracted wellness enthusiasts from across the globe for a programme spanning themed zones: The Mind, The Body, The Soul, and The Heart, as well as the Longevity Hub. Across these areas, participants engaged in talks, meditations and workshops led by wellness experts.
The festival featured a powerful lineup of global thought leaders over three days, bestselling authors, and regional changemakers, including Steven Bartlett, Bear Grylls, Peter Crone, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Khaled Ghattas, Sophie Trudeau, Dr Cherine Bazzane, Saeed Al Ghafri andRaha Moharrak. Alongside these headline voices at The Mind, a diverse community of wellness practitioners and teachers led transformational sessions and immersive experiences at The Body and Soul.
A lineup of sponsors and partners helped bring the Kayan Wellness Festival to life, creating an immersive experience for visitors. Supported by a network aligned with wellbeing, sustainability and conscious living, each partner contributed to the festival through shared values and a commitment to long-term impact.
ALDAR joined as Premium Partner, playing a key role in enabling Kayan’s vision through its commitment to sustainable, community-focused destinations, with Fahid Island providing the setting where wellbeing, nature and responsible development exist in harmony. KILO supported the festival as Sustainability Partner, powering Kayan through clean mobile solar energy infrastructure that replaced traditional diesel generators with scalable solar and battery systems, enabling a quieter, cleaner festival experience and demonstrating how large-scale events can operate responsibly and in balance with nature.
Additional Festival Partners played a role in shaping the on-ground experience, including Ma Hawa which enriched the wellness journey with moments of reflection and balance, Longevity Hub a future-focused space dedicated to health innovation, Al Masaood Equipment Rental which supported operational delivery behind the scenes, and Organic Foods and Café which anchored the festival’s approach to conscious, wholesome nutrition. They were complemented by Barebells, Vitamin Well, Lululemon, Sun and Sand Sports, and Miss J Café. Together, these partners supported a holistic, conscious wellbeing journey throughout the festival, spanning operations and nutrition to movement, lifestyle and community engagement.
The Longevity Hub brought a perspective on health and vitality, reinforcing Kayan’s holistic vision through longevity-led insights, science-based talks, and biohacking-focused exhibits and displays. With 30 exhibitors and 40+ speakers, the Longevity Hub was a centre of activity.
The Heart came alive throughout the weekend with a lineup of musicians who set the tone for connection and collective flow. From the sounds of AWARE and Holloway to the performances of Mose, Afrosideral and Amaru Tribe, each set invited festival-goers into moments of reflection, movement and shared presence.
The Bridge Hub powered high-energy Spin sessions at The Body Zone that brought rhythm and community to the forefront. Pilates Lab guided participants through restorative Reformer Flex & Stretch classes, and MOKHA1450 elevated the festival’s coffee rituals with signature brews at The Kayan Coffee Majlis. Anqa rounded out the programme with mindful one-on-one sessions at the Anqa Nest, and special family programming at the Kid’s Hideout. The Kayan Teahouse offered grounding tea ceremonies and vision board workshops. Around the festival, guests were also able to enjoy gong baths, ice baths, festival glam sessions and more. All these activations offered multi-sensory experiences across the three-day festival.
