Maison Lumière, a Dubai-based at-home spa service, has added two hammam rituals and a massage and cupping treatment to its menu. The Velvet Rose Hammam and the Neroli Breeze Hammam take the hammam into clients’ own homes, and the new Energy Reset Ritual with Cupping is aimed at people who want a more targeted body treatment. Q Communications, the brand’s PR agency, sent the details on 29 October.
Two hammams, one sequence
Both hammams follow the same steps, according to the release. Each starts with a traditional black-soap cleanse and a sea salt exfoliation, followed by Rhassoul clay and a cooling mint treatment. Infrared heat is used to deepen relaxation, and the ritual ends with an argan hair cleanse, a botanical dry-oil massage and a finishing mist.
The difference is in the scent and the length. The Velvet Rose Hammam is the longer of the two: a 150-minute, rose-infused ritual that the brand calls its most indulgent hammam, priced at AED 1,200. The Neroli Breeze Hammam is a lighter 75-minute treatment infused with neroli blossom, designed to purify, soften and brighten the skin, at AED 900.
Massage with cupping
The Energy Reset Ritual with Cupping pairs therapeutic massage with traditional cupping. Maison Lumière says it is designed to release tension and to support circulation and lymphatic flow. It lasts 60 minutes and costs AED 650.
As with the brand’s other treatments, the new rituals are carried out by Maison Lumière’s own Wellness Experts and tailored to each client. The service covers Dubai, with the team travelling to clients’ homes. Bookings are taken through the brand’s Instagram account, @maisonlumiere.dubai, or by phone.
