ZENON, the restaurant at Kempinski Central Avenue in Downtown Dubai that bills itself as the city’s first AI-immersive restaurant, is marking white truffle season with a seasonal à la carte menu. It runs from 25 October to 5 December 2026, from 6pm, alongside the restaurant’s regular menu.
The menu is led by Executive Chef Danilo Prota. The dishes are individually priced, so guests can order one or work through starters, pasta, mains and desserts. The release does not give the prices.
On the white truffle menu
- Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, seasoned simply with sea salt, black pepper and olive oil.
- Truffle Green Salad with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, mixed lettuce and truffle dressing.
- Homemade Tagliolini with White Truffle.
- Egg Spinach Ravioli, filled with spinach and ricotta and finished with egg yolk.
- Tenderloin Rossini, served with foie gras and chicken jus.
- Truffle Ice Cream, and Brioche with Zabaglione.
“Its deep, earthy aroma and extraordinary complexity can transform a dish into something truly exceptional,” said Prota. “For ZENON, I wanted to create a seasonal menu that brings this remarkable ingredient into the spotlight, pairing it with carefully selected premium ingredients and flavours that complement rather than compete.”
The room
ZENON takes its name and much of its design from Greek mythology, with the name rooted in Zeus. The dining room pairs digital installations and projections with atmospheric lighting and sculpted interiors, and the menu is Mediterranean with Asian influences. The restaurant is open daily from 6pm to 3am, and valet parking is available at the hotel reception.
