Time Out Market Dubai Serves Healthy Dishes From 16 Kitchens for Dubai Fitness Challenge, 31 October to 29 November

Time Out Market Dubai in Souk Al Bahar is backing this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge with a month of healthier dishes. From 31 October to 29 November, 16 of the market’s homegrown kitchens are serving dedicated health-conscious creations, each listed with nutritional and calorie details, for the citywide 30×30 initiative.

High-protein plates

Izu Burger’s Protein Maxxer with double Angus beef patties on a wholegrain bun

Izu Burger’s Protein Maxxer stacks double Angus beef patties with Swiss cheese and a whole-egg chipotle sauce on a wholegrain bun. Mattar’s Smoked Chicken Caesar Sandwich is slow-smoked over oak wood rather than fried. CQ French Brasserie serves grilled chicken breast with French Puy lentils, asparagus and broccolini, and Café Isan has a Triple Rice Garlic and Lime Chicken.

Bowls and superfoods

Little Jun’s Feel Good Bowl with grilled chicken, egg and vegetables

BB Social Dining has a Vietnamese-inspired Chicken Bún Chả Bowl with chargrilled chicken patties over fresh greens. Little Jun’s Feel Good Bowl layers grilled chicken, beef bacon, sweet potato and kimchi over cauliflower rice. A la Grecque offers a Trahana Chicken Power Bowl, and Masti serves a fat-free Corn Moong Sprout Chaat in a mint and tamarind dressing.

Seafood, light bites and dessert

REIF has a Riceless Yasai Maki, Onda by Alici a pan-seared Seabream Fillet and Fusion Ceviche a Tuna Pokeball with edamame and avocado. Long Teng serves Shrimp-Stuffed Morel Mushrooms over potato purée, Slab Cocina flame-grilled Al Pastor Chicken Tacos, Pitfire Pizza a Chicken Caesar Pizza and Three by Eva a Halloumi Charcoal Bagel. For something sweet, SCOOPI has a Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream topped with fresh berries and honey.

The dishes are available daily for the whole period with no advance reservations needed. The release does not list prices. Parking is available in Souk Al Bahar and is free for the first four hours.
